In a rain-affected match at the T20 World Cup 2024, Eng got the better of Namibia in a Group B clash by 41 runs (DLS) in 10-over encounters.

Defending champs, with a 41-run victory against Namibia in a rain-soaked Group B match at Antigua on Saturday, England continued their quest to advance to the T20 World Cup’s second round.
With this victory, England tied Scotland on points, which was a necessary victory to stay in the competition. However, they might still be eliminated if Scotland wins against Australia, who have already qualified, in St. Lucia later on Saturday, or if there is no outcome to the match.
Earlier, England reached 122 in their allotted 10 overs. Harry Brooks scored a quick-fire 47 off 20 balls and the middle order provided the much-needed support.
