  • Pakistan played their first match in the Legend League Cricket against Australia. They got the better of Australia by chasing 190 runs. Younis Khan and Misbah-ul-Haq added 90 runs on the 5th wicket stand in Edgbaston.
  • Pakistan Champions won their second match in a row. They beat the WI champions by 29 runs. Pakistan batted first to score 194 with Shoaib Malik scoring a 54. WI Legends were short of 29 runs.
  • Pakistan will play their third match against the England champions.

ODIs: In 265 ODIs, Younis accumulated 7,249 runs with an average of 31.24. His consistent performances made him a reliable middle-order batsman.

Achievements: Younis Khan’s leadership was crucial in Pakistan’s ICC T20 World Cup victory in 2009. He is also the only Pakistani cricketer to score a century in all 11 countries that have hosted Test matches.

 

Misbah-ul-Haq

ODIs: In 162 ODIs, Misbah scored 5,122 runs with an average of 43.40. Despite not hitting a single century in ODIs, his steady performances were vital in many crucial matches.
