According to the news channel, the Champions Trophy 2025 inspection delegation consists of 6-members. These members will be from different departments. They will check and inspect the whole preparation and facilities given by the PCB.
Before this, the ICC authorities, including pitch experts, security directors, and event personnel, had visited the site three times to check the arrangements for the Champions Trophy 2025.
During their five-day visit, this last team will begin inspections in Rawalpindi and focus on Lahore and Karachi. Furthermore, the squad will meet with authorities from the PCB to discuss the itinerary, practice matches, practice venues, and tickets for the Champions Trophy 2025.
In response, PCB authorities would provide a full update on the stadium upgrades planned for the ICC Champions Trophy.
ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is being played with a gap of 8 years. Pakistan came out victorious when the last time the Champions Trophy was played in 2017. Except for India, every other team participating has paid a visit to Pakistan. So according to the Pakistan Cricket Board, there should be no such objection for not coming.
The Indian Board (BCCI) hasn’t yet confirmed its participation.
