India vs Bangladesh 1st Test started with Bangladeshi fast bowler Hassan Mahmood taking 3 early wickets of India. Rohit, Gill, and Virat all went cheaply and India was 34/3 at one stage. After Rishabh’s (34) wicket, India was again struggling at 144/6. Then Ashwin’s (113) century came to rescue with Jadeja (86) supporting him from the other end. India piled up a fighting 376.
In Response, Bangladesh had no clue of India’s bowling. Jasprit Bumrah (4-50) just missed out on his fifer. Akash Deep (2-19) and Jadeja (2-19) shared the rest of the work.
India with the lead of 227 in the first India vs Bangladesh test didn’t enforce the follow-on. India is currently 50-2 with Virat and Gill on strike.
