After a long pause Jay Shah’s Statement regarding India’s participation in Champions Trophy 2025 came out. He says “We will cross the bridge when.”

ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is starting from 19th February 2025 in Pakistan. The first match will be played between Pakistan and New Zealand in Karachi Stadium which is currently under renovation. The Participation of the Indian team is yet to be confirmed. India’s Board Secretary Jay Shah’s Statement has come out now.

Jay Shah’s Statement said that we have not made any decision regarding it yet but we will decide at an appropriate time. This stance from the Indian Board has once again put the ICC Champions Trophy on the verge of being a mid-Yorker tournament as was Asia Cup 2023 hosted by Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Jay Shah’s Statement exactly said: “No decision has been finalized yet. No stand as of now. We will cross the bridge when it comes.”
