T20 World Cup 2024: Mighty Australians convincingly secure victory over England.

Aus vs Eng

ENG failed to chase 202 on a wicket that was low and slow. Zampa and Cummins take 2 wickets each in their 2nd match against AUS at the T20 World Cup 2024.

Salt and Buttler gave a good start, chasing 202 with a 73-run partnership. Salt scored a quick-fire 37, and Buttler played well for his 42 off 28. After that, it was all a struggle for the Englishmen. Both openers were ridden by Adam Zampa, who only gave 23 off his 4 over quota. After the openers were dismissed, it was all struggle for the middle order except for Moeen Ali’s 25, nobody even crossed the 20-run mark. England fell short by 36 runs. They are still unable to win a game at the T20 World Cup 2024.
