Salt and Buttler gave a good start, chasing 202 with a 73-run partnership. Salt scored a quick-fire 37, and Buttler played well for his 42 off 28. Before that, the Australian Openers came out all guns blazing. Travis Head and David Warner scored 34 and 39 runs, respectively, in a 70-run opening partnership.
