Haris’ Record Century Drives Pakistan Whitewash Bangladesh

Haris Hits First T20I Ton

Mohammad Haris powered Pakistan’s chase with his maiden T20I century — an unbeaten 107 off 46 balls. He struck 10 fours and 7 sixes, attacking from the start with fearless intent. Despite losing Sahibzada Farhan in the first over, Haris remained unfazed at the crease.

Partnerships That Powered the Chase

Haris and Saim Ayub built a vital 92-run stand in 53 balls, mixing aggression with smart rotation. After Saim fell, Hassan Nawaz kept the pressure on with fearless hitting. He supported Haris well, and together they maintained Pakistan’s grip on the chase. Finally, Agha Salman joined Haris to wrap up the match with confidence and flair. Haris earned Player of the Match and Series Award for his century and aggressive batting throughout the series.

Bangladesh’s Batting Effort Overshadowed by Pakistan

Earlier, Bangladesh posted 196/6 as Parvez Hossain Emon smashed 66 off 34 balls with pure intent. Tanzid Hasan supported him well, scoring 42 off 32 and keeping the scoreboard ticking. However, Pakistan’s bowlers pulled things back during the middle overs with disciplined spells.

Abbas Afridi picked 2/26 in his four overs and bowled smartly at the death. Hasan Ali grabbed 2/38 with clever variations, while Shadab Khan delivered a tight spell of 1/26. Despite that effort, their bowling fell apart under Haris’ explosive batting. Only Mehidy Hasan Miraz, with 2/26, showed some control.
