Day 1 belongs to Pakistan Shaheens as Bang bowled out on 258.

The second 4-day game between Pakistan Shaheens and Bangladesh A is underway with Shaheen’s controlling the game on day 1. Pakistan is 39-2 at the end of day 1.

Pakistan Shaheens were on top of Bangladesh A in the second 4-day game. Day 1 belonged to Pakistan as they bowled Bangladesh A on 258. Khurram Shehzad was again the pick of the bowlers.

Pakistan Shaheens in reply now scored 39-2 at the end of the day’s play losing both of their openers cheaply.

The Bangladesh A won the toss and decided to bat themselves but the decision wasn’t proved to be the right one. Their wicket scattered early in the morning as they were 104/4 in the middle of the day.

While Mahmudul Hasan Joy’s heroic knock of 68 runs off of 90 balls helped them stabilize their innings, Kashif Ali finished his heroic knock.

Aich Mollah, a hitter from Bangladesh, demonstrated resilience against the potent Pakistani bowling attack after Hasan did, reaching 55 runs off of 80 balls before falling prey to Kamran Ghulam.

In the meantime, players like Hasan Murad (0), Amite Hasan (7), Shahadat Hossain Dipu (1), and Shadman Islam Anik (4) were unable to contribute much in terms of runs.

Bangladesh also benefited from the 31 runs scored by Mahidul Islam Bhuiyan Ankon, who was dismissed by Khurram Shehzad. With Khurram taking 3 wickets Bangladesh was bowled out 258.

In reply, Pakistan Shaheens lost both their openers Haseebullah (14) and Sahibzada Farhan (4), early. Omair and Muhammad Ali are on strike for now and will face the dance tomorrow.
