The first Pak Shaheens vs Bang A four-day match ended in a draw with Umar Amin given the Player of the Match award for his brilliant 177 runs.

 

Pak Shaheens vs Bang A four-day match ended in a draw. After the third day was rained off, just 39.2 overs could be bowled on the final day due to repeated rain delays. As a result, Bangladesh-A remained unbeaten in their second innings, earning a draw despite the odds.

 

Bangladesh-A 1st Innings

In the first Pak Shaheens vs Bang A four-day match, Pakistan Shaheens bowled well in the first innings, with brilliant spells from Mir Hamza and Naseem Shah limiting the visitors to a minor 122 runs.

 

Mahmudul Hasan Joy was Bangladesh’s only batsman who fought a little, while Hamza and Naseem each took three wickets to wreak havoc on the Tigers’ camp.

 

In response, Pakistan Shaheens had a disastrous start, losing opener Saim Ayub for just eleven runs. Umar Amin, on the other hand, emerged as their wrecker-in-chief, scoring a magnificent 177 runs.

 

Saud Shakeel, who will be Shan Masood’s deputy in the Test series against Bangladesh, also scored an important 76 runs.

 

Bangladesh-A, on the other hand, were marginally more resilient in their second innings, scoring 153/5 in 39.2 overs before the umpires called the game off due to rain.

 

Mir Hamza once again demonstrated his bowling prowess, taking two key wickets, while Mohammad Ali also contributed two scalps.
