Pakistan have been fined 30% of their match fee against Bangladesh. On Sunday, Pakistan faced a major setback by losing their first-ever test match against Bangladesh by 10 Wickets that too in their backyard. But that wasn’t enough as Pakistan also faced a fine of 30% of their match fee for bowling on a slow over rate.

30% of their match fee wasn’t enough as they also deducted their 6 WTC points too. Pakistan who is already at the 8th spot in the WTC points table will further be pushed to the corner by this. Not only Pakistan but Bangladesh has also been fined 15% of their match fee and 3 WTC Points.

The match fee for Pakistani players is 0.8 Million Pakistani rupees. The slow over rate was expected due to the all-pace attack of Pakistan in the Rawalpindi test.
