
First India vs Bangladesh T20 was a horror show for the Bangladeshi team as India won convincingly by 7 wickets. Hardik Pandya finished the game with the six.
India defeated Bangladesh by seven wickets in the first India vs Bangladesh Twenty20 International of the three-match series on Sunday at the New Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium in Gwalior. India bowled Bangladesh out for 127 and then pursued the target of 128 with 49 balls remaining.
When asked to bat first, Bangladesh were 14 for two when left-arm seamer Arshdeep Singh (3-14) dismissed both openers Litton Das and Parvez Hossain Emon cheaply. Skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto scored 27 from 25 balls, while Mehidy Hasan Miraz added 35 in 32 deliveries. Varun Chakravarthy (3-31), Mayank Yadav (1-21) and Washington Sundar (1/12) took wickets in the middle overs to keep India in complete control of the game. Hardik Pandya also chipped in with a wicket.
With the bat, Pandya blazed away to an unbeaten 39 on 16 balls, while Sanju Samson and skipper Suryakumar Yadav both got out after scoring 29 runs.
