Coming out to bat on Day 2 of the IND versus NZ Test, Virat Kohli could only score one run off nine balls before being bowled out by Mitchell Santner.
Mitchell Santner threw a low full ball that slipped near middle stump of Virat Kohli on Day 2 of the second Test between India and New Zealand. Kohli attempted an uncommon hack across the line, but missed the delivery, causing the ball to slip under his bat and fall into middle and leg stumps. The former Indian captain was removed cheaply for one run and walked away looking angry.
Cricket fans were outraged by Kohli’s expulsion, with one social media user saying, “Rohit Sharma should also be blamed for selecting a liability and a walking wicket like Virat Kohli.”
Now commenting your star batter as a “Walking Wicket” doesn’t seems appropriate at all but Virat Kohli is struggling big time in test cricket. Though he made his com back in white ball cricket but test cricket is still a grey area of Virat which he must want to get better at. (In terms of form)
